The adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Cusco at around 8:00 a.m., heading to the archaeological site of Moray.
At Moray, you visit its impressive circular terraces that functioned as an Inca agricultural laboratory, where different microclimates were experimented with. The tour then continues to the Maras Salt Mines, a complex of more than 3,000 natural salt pools that are still used by local communities.
Finally, a visit is made to a textile center in Chinchero, where you learn about traditional weaving techniques and the use of natural dyes, keeping the Andean cultural heritage alive.
The tour concludes with the return to Cusco at around 3:00 p.m., making it a perfect option to complement other activities during the day.
